He added that criminal gangs were also reaching out to people, often underage children, to train them as hitmen.
“They equip them with weapons and provide them with addresses for carrying out attacks,” Thornberg explained.
Shockingly, Thornberg noted that some of the victims of these attacks were also quite young.
